For detox, you will need three to four pairs of clothing, but just in case, it is good to pack extra clothes and toiletries so you are extra prepared.

If you or a loved one has paid for your care in full for a specific service or item, you have the right to request that your PHI for that service or item not be disclosed to a health plan for purposes of healthcare operations.
